Murray Irrigation is seeking 1 x full-time Business
Administration (Finance) Trainee, to be based in
As part of Murray Irrigation's long-term succession plan, and a
desire to provide local employment opportunities for our youth, we
are offering a range of apprentice and traineeship positions in our
Infrastructure, Water Operations and Finance departments.
All positions will be supported by qualified trades and
professional staff along with the Managers and Supervisors for the
relevant areas. There will be a need to commit to both formal and
on the job training to successfully complete the qualification
within the specified timeframe.
Initially the roles will be employed on max-term contracts for
the duration of the qualification period, however future
opportunities may exist for those displaying a sound work ethic and
consistency demonstrating our expected values and behaviours.
The perfect candidate
You will be at least 18 years old and hold a current drivers
licence (manual). You will be enthusiastic and willing to learn new
skills with a keen interest to consider a long-term career in the
apprenticeships/traineeships you apply for.
A previous work history would be considered an advantage.

You will be paid under the Murray Irrigation Enterprise
Agreement 2016 which is underpinned by the Water Industry Award,
Fair Work Australia and the National Employment Standards
