Restrictions possible, get your orders in early

With more hot weather expected and Autumn watering beginning flow restrictions may occur in channels where demand exceeds the physical capacity of the channel section.

To help minimis
e chances of interruptions to your orders:

  • Please ensure you place your orders as soon as possible, and to guarantee delivery, a four day order notification is required.
  • Consider filling on-farm storages prior to your high demand needs to ensure you can supplement if flows need to be restricted.
  • Please don’t delay updating your order changes for extensions or increases.
  • Please report any weed issues in your channel section that may restrict flows.

For more details read more in our Restrictions and Flow Shares Fact Sheet.

Keep an eye out for scams

We are all aware scams are occurring where invoices sent by email can be intercepted by scammers. They replace the real bank payment details on the invoice with their own and forward it on to you for payment.

There are ways to ensure invoices received from any company are correct, including comparing with previous invoices for any changes and checking the payment details match the new ANZ bank details, which you can find here

If you’re ever unsure, or the details on your invoice and the bank details stored in your online banking do not match, call the company involved.

Scams can happen to anyone. You can check if your email or phone is in a data breach at www.haveibeenpwned.com. Further advice for your protection is available from the following links:
