The following guaranteed water delivery dates and water availability for the upcoming Winter Operations period were released last Thursday 2 May:
After the guaranteed delivery dates, maintenance areas will be drained in accordance with the principles in our Season Operating Plan.
When completed, customers will not have access to water, including stock and domestic, over the winter period.
After the guaranteed delivery dates, access to water, including stock and domestic water, is subject to the available water in your channel section in non-maintenance areas.
Please be reminded that all new orders after the guaranteed dates are subject to a four-day order notice period.
The below chart shows the water allocation remaining in customer accounts on 1 May for the last five years.
Please don't forget to check your water allocation account balances ahead of season’s end.
You can find these details in your Water Allocation Report in the Customer Portal, or you can give us a call on 1300 138 265.
