Stock and Domestic pipes: Apply to remove Deemed Usage
All unmetered stock and domestic pipes have 2ML of deemed usage applied to their water allocation account at the commencement of each season.
If you are not planning to use your Stock & Domestic pipe outlet, you can apply to remove the 2 ML of usage.
Applications, along with the fee must be received no later than the last Friday of September each year to have the usage reversed for the season.
An audit is conducted during the season to confirm the outlet is not used. If the outlet is found to have been used, the 2ML usage will be reinstated to your water account and your application fee will be forfeited.
