AGM Proxies

You can appoint a proxy if you’re unable to attend the AGM. If you submitted a valid proxy form for the original AGM, that form still applies.

You can also withdraw your proxy and/or resubmit. Proxy forms must be received by 10.30am on 22 February 2023 – more information on proxies.

Authorised representative

If you will be voting on behalf of a company you will need to have a completed Authorised corporate representative notification on file.

Eligibility to vote

To be eligible to vote at the AGM your shareholder financial account must be within terms by 10.30am Tuesday 21 February 2023.

Shareholders who have a formal payment arrangement in place and are meeting the terms of the arrangement by 10.30am on 21 February 2023 are also eligible.

If you want landholder funded works completed, such as outlet upgrade or a stock & domestic pipe installed, please let us know.

All proposed works need to be agreed and finalised with Murray Irrigation by 1 April 2023 to be included in the 2023 winter works program.
