Murray Irrigation’s Customer Service Charter supports our commitment to upholding the highest standard of customer service excellence.
The Charter sets out the standard of service that customers can reasonably expect to receive from Murray Irrigation and a measure for which the company’s performance can be assessed. It also outlines the expectations and responsibilities of customers when interacting with the company.
The Charter describes
The Charter has been updated to reflect updates to our Privacy Policy, Complaints Handling Policy, Zero Tolerance Policy and the implementation of call recording for quality, safety, and training purposes from 8 January 2025.
