Customer Update - WaterWell product announcement - Resource Distribution

In line with the Board approved Resource Management Strategy which aims to release 100GL of productive water into our footprint annually, Murray Irrigation has assessed the company’s resources in preparation for a potential increase in general security water allocation.
 
Using the assumption of a 100% general security allocation announcement from the Department of Planning and Environment (DPE) who set NSW water allocations in accordance with the relevant water sharing plans, Murray Irrigation will approve a 3 percent Resource Distribution.
 
If a 100% general security allocation is achieved, customers who are within financial terms with the company will automatically have water applied to their accounts.
 
A second announcement from Murray Irrigation confirming the Resource Distribution and informing customers of when this water will be applied to their accounts will be released if DPE announces an increase to 100% general security allocation.

Customers who are currently unfinancial are asked to contact the Customer Experience Team to discuss payment options in the event general security allocations increase to the 100% trigger point.
