Murray Irrigation ADR Process 

Murray Irrigation’s Board of Directors has agreed to work cooperatively together to resolve its current impasse.

This follows a highly productive alternative dispute resolution (ADR) workshop in Albury yesterday (Monday 12 February 2024).

The session was led by well-respected dispute management specialist, Allan Parker OAM. All directors contributed to identifying the group’s collective needs and options to ensure the Board can operate effectively.

Each participant committed to honour a series of milestones and behaviours by 26 February 2024. If these targets are not met, a general meeting will be called for late March 2024.

Murray Irrigation will update shareholders as the Board works through this process.
