Murray Irrigation General Meeting 

Dear shareholders,

It is with great disappointment that I write to inform you that, in line with requirements of the Corporations Act 2001(Cth), Member Directors Steven Fawns, Troy Mauger and Brendan Barry have formally provided the company notice of their intention to move resolutions at a general meeting for the removal of Non-Member Directors Trisha Gorman and Robert Burbury.

Shareholders will be asked to consider and vote on the resolutions at the general meeting.

Murray Irrigation will facilitate the general meeting in March 2024. Further information regarding the resolutions and formal details about the general meeting will be provided to shareholders in due course.
