Calls to customers to understand their Summer irrigation intentions will commence shortly.
Irrigation intentions collected from customers provide critical operational intelligence to help us prioritise and plan maintenance activities as well as identify potential restriction points. This enables us to work with affected customers to manage demand ahead of time and avoid limiting orders where possible. Affected customers should expect a phone call from members of our Customer Experience Team over the coming weeks.
In the meantime, our Customer Engagement Team will be out over the coming months engaging with customers in high demand areas on how they can best manage potential flow restrictions.
If you think you may be impacted by flow restrictions this season and wish to discuss further, please contact our Customer Experience Team on 1300 138 265. Or for more information check out the fact sheet below.
