Director nominations close this Friday
Director nominations are due to close at 5.00pm this Friday 26 April.
Applications are welcomed for both member and non-member directors.
An independent selection committee has been established to review the candidates against a specified selection criteria relating to the current skills the Board requires, to form recommendations to the Board for approval.

Youth in Ag networking event
Join Riverine Plains for its latest Youth in Ag event, Culture & Connect.
To be held on Wednesday 3 July, this day-long event consists of a farm tour, breakout session workshop and lunch.
The tour has been planned specifically with youth in mind, to showcase new products and practices coming through the region. There will be a 'no silly questions' policy, so be sure to come prepared with all the questions you have been itching to ask!
There will be networking opportunities with peers and industry experts, as well as a structured workshop session.
Ticket price includes bus transfer, farm tour, lunch and workshop.
Stock water demo site EOIs due soon
RGA Landcare is managing a project to assist in preparing landholders for future dry periods and how they can manage their available stock water effectively.
As part of this project they are looking for expressions of interest from landholders to establish demonstration sites that will showcase best stock water management practices. This may include the installation of stock troughs, fencing of dams or the installation of remote monitoring equipment.
The deadline to submit an EOI is
next Monday 29 April.

Dairy Australia Employment Basics course
Getting the people management part of a dairy farm sorted and keeping it up to date can be a sizeable task, especially if you are new to employing people.
Commencing on Tuesday 30 April, Employment Basics is a fully supported online learning experience designed to assist you to implement and understand what you need to successfully employ someone in your business.
This eight-week program is delivered through Enlight, Dairy Australia's online learning space, and is supported by a series of online group workshops with workforcespecialist, Di Gresham.
