As spring irrigation gets underway, customers are reminded that all automated outlets will now only require a 30-minute notice period prior to the outlet’s standard operating time to start, change or finish an order.
If you have a Manual Outlet, orders must still be placed before 6.30am to be actioned the same day.
This allows time for the field technicians to co-ordinate their activities to integrate the operation of manual outlets across the region each day.
Standard order lead times (4 days) may still apply in certain circumstances.
For full details, please see our recent Customer Update (below).
To find your outlet's standard operating time, visit the 'My Outlets' page on your Customer Portal.

As previously communicated, Murray Irrigation will be hosting a number of shareholder discussion groups from Monday 16 September to Friday 27 September, to understand shareholder sentiment around the Federal Government's intent to undertake further water buybacks in the Murray Irrigation footprint.
The purpose of these discussions is to gather constructive shareholder input on how we can work together to minimise the impact of buybacks on Murray Irrigation, customers and the local community.
Shareholders will be receiving a registration of interest form this week. We are asking shareholders to please complete this short form, to assist us in developing a discussion group schedule that reaches as much of the footprint, and as many shareholders as possible.

The National Farmers Federation (NFF) is calling on farmers and supporters to join a rally in Canberra to highlight a broad range of farmer concerns, including the ban on live sheep exports and new taxes, to the impact of water buybacks and energy infrastructure.
When: 11.00am on Tuesday 10 September
Where: Federation Mall, opposite Parliament House, Canberra
The rally comes in the wake of a survey conducted by the NFF that found confidence in the Federal Government had collapsed by nearly 40%, with less than 1 in 10 farmers now saying Canberra was listening to them, or had a positive plan for their future.
Find out more about the National Farmer Rally in the NFF media release below.
