Customer Update - WaterWell announcement

Murray Irrigation has released a 3 percent Resource Distribution in line with the Board approved Resource Management Strategy, for customers who are within financial terms with the company.
 
This announcement follows the 5 percent Water Users Credit and the $7M Sustainability Product announced earlier in the 2023/24 season.
 
Water will be applied to customer accounts by COB Friday 2 February 2024. Customers will be notified via SMS once the products have been applied to their accounts.

Why?

This water is distributed via Murray Irrigation’s WaterWell suite of products which aims to release 100GL of productive water into our footprint annually.
 
Following the summer delivery period, an assessment of resources has shown an above average result in system performance along with efficiencies gained through the supplementary event. These efficiencies have enabled the announcement.
