It is important that customers take full delivery of their ordered flow rate, otherwise it can cause downstream impacts to other customers, potential infrastructure damage including bank erosion and seepage, and can have a significant impact on the performance of the channel.
If a customer is having on-farm issues and not taking their ordered flow, they will receive a call from our team to understand why.
We are committed to delivering on customers' orders. However, if a customer is not taking the volume ordered, it will likely be reduced to the flow being taken to prevent issues, particularly if we are unable to contact the customer.
Please call us if you're having issues with your order or supply: 1300 138 265.
If you are not planning to use your Stock & Domestic pipe outlet this season, you can apply to remove the 2 ML of usage.
