Any work that is not part of our rolling 3-year winter planned maintenance strategy that could interrupt your water supply during the season is known as “In Season Works”.
These activities can be on outlets, channels or regulators and can be:
After checking future orders, we will call or SMS to notify you about 2 weeks before we plan to complete the work to coordinate with you and other customers in your area.
Where there is an emergency, or urgent work needed to fix an issue with water delivery, this is classified as reactive maintenance, and it’s prioritised ahead of planned weekly works.
Please report any issue you have, including weed blockages, and we will fix it ASAP.

To be eligible to vote at the AGM, shareholders must have paid all fees presently due and payable by 10.30am on Tuesday 21 February 2023.
Alternatively, you can also have a formal payment arrangement in place and must be meeting the terms of the arrangement by 10.30am on 21 February 2023.
If you are unfinancial and want to vote at the AGM, please allow time for your payment to clear into our account (approximately 1 to 2 days, depending on the bank).
You can appoint a proxy if you’re unable to attend the AGM.
Previously submitted proxy forms will remain valid for the adjourned meeting date.
You can also withdraw a proxy form. To be valid, all proxy forms must be
received by than 10.30am on Wednesday 22 February 2023.
